The Grow Well Project - Ely

The Grow Well Project is a health and well being project, based around gardening and wildlife, and is a we host several social groups to help keep you physically and mentally active to help boost your wellbeing and is a great space to make new friends.
Something for everyone, beginners welcome

wellbeing, green the city!
We have sessions in 3 locations:
Mondays: 10:30-12:30pm and 1-3pm
The Dusty Forge, 460 Cowbridge Rd West, Ely
Wednesdays: 10:30-12:30pm and 1-3pm
- Lansdowne Surgery, Sanatorium road, Canton
Thursdays: 11-1pm Riverside Health Centre, Wellington St, Riverside
Thursdays:1-4pm Grange Medical Practice, Bishop St, Grangetown
