Hara has a MSc in Transpersonal Psychology and Consciousness Studies, is a Transformational Yoga teacher and Sound Healer. She offers one to one and group mindful sound healing practices, including mindful movement, sound yoga, drum circles and shamanic healing. Retreats, workshops, classes and courses led by tutor of the College of Sound Healing. She also offers ceremonies to assist in the integration of life transitions, such as menopause, marriage, funerals, divorce, puberty and coming of age.
