Art for Wellbeing with Nathan Sheen - Blackwood Miners' Institute

Drop in with artist Nathan Sheen to create your own works of art – from clay sculpture to expressive painting to delicate drawings. The two-hour session allows the group to settle in and lose themselves while bigging each other up and having some chat. Materials are provided.

Come along to meet like-minded people who enjoy similar things. We are open to all adults from different lived-experiences. You may attend with a support worker. Similarly, we are open to support workers or carers who are looking for some support.

- No previous experience necessary.
- Bring along your own ideas to get advice.
- Stay casual – we don’t mind a cosy jumper or snacks on our laps.
