Blaenavon World Heritage Environment Group

We undertake events and activities in the Blaenavon Industrial Landscape World Heritage Site to sustain and enhance its environment for the benefit of our local community, visitors and wildlife. We run wildlife events, practical tasks including habitat management and litter-picking, guided walks, drystone walling and archaeology. We welcome new members from all parts of the community; there is no joining fee or obligation on members. We provide training and equipment appropriate to activities being undertaken. We advertise events through our website, Facebook page and, where members agree, by email.
