Carers Information and Support Programme (CrISP) (Gwent)

Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading support and research charity for people with dementia, their families and carers.

The Carers Information and Support Programme (CrISP) is part of the information and advisory pathway offered by Alzheimer's Society to support people with dementia their carers and family throughout the progression of dementia

CrIPS aims to improve the knowledge, skills and understanding of those caring for a person with dementia, by providing effective support and up-to date, relevant information about dementia and relevant support services.

There will also be the opportunity to chat with others in a similar situation.
