Community Volunteers Wales

We launched our group to support the vulnerable people in our community during the covid19 pandemic. However we quickly realised that our services were already needed anyway.
We provide support services to anyone struggling; elderly, disabled, shielding, immobile, isolated anybody who needs support.
We offer grocery shopping, prescription collection, kindness telephone calls (befriending), wellbeing sessions #NatureWellbeing, foodbank parcels, free school uniform, bicycle re-cycle and many other community projects.
We try to ensure that no-one in our community is lonely, hungry or frightened. Our kindness callers will ring a couple of times a week to chat and check in with our clients.
