Compass Community Care - Flintshire and Wrexham

Compass provides a service to people to enable them to maintain as independent a lifestyle as possible within their home and local community. We provide services for individuals who have a learning disability, physical disability, older people, people with mental ill health and sensory loss and impairment. We provide services for age 18 plus. This can be provided within your own home or a supported living service.
