Cowbridge History Society

Friendly and sociable History Society/Club, meetings/talks are held on a regular basis as well as some special events each year including a visit to a place of historical importance, followed by a good lunch. The Society also manages the History Room in Old Hall, High Street, Cowbridge which is usually open from 10.00 to 12.00 on Wednesdays to give access to the physical archive and for local historical research and assistance. If you are interested in local history, and in what shaped Cowbridge into the vibrant town that it is today why not join our meetings which are from October to May inclusive usually on the first Friday of each month from 7.30pm on wards at The Cowbridge United Free Church, Maendy Hall, Cowbridge CF717AQ .
