Friends of Cardiff Reservoirs (FoCR) works with Welsh Water to manage and improve the biodiversity of the Llanishen reservoir site. We develop and manage volunteering opportunities which FoCR members can sign up to via a bespoke website - these include environmental activity such as woodland management or biodiversity surveys. There are also opportunities to support special events and projects. A current project, for example, focuses on capturing people's memories of the reservoir site and compiling a digital archive of stories, photos and videos etc.
