Grŵp Hwyl a Chyfeillgarwch ar gyfer Pobl Ifanc Dementia

A social activity group for people living with Young-Onset Dementia. (Someone who has received a diagnosis of dementia before they are aged 65, is considered to have young-onset dementia). Family and friends, care partners and health professionals are welcome to attend; enjoy an activity, chat and laugh together in a supportive and relaxed environment. Activities can include: creative music, quizzes, skittles, boccia, bucket drumming and reminiscence. 2nd Wednesday of each month at
