We support unpaid and family carers over 18 in Ceredigion with:
• 1:1 support
• support groups and drop-ins
• events
• carer specific training
• help for carers to access short breaks and respite care.
We work with carers on what matters to them and what will really make a difference, because each carer and their circumstances are unique. We know that it can sometimes be tricky to access support so we make sure we work in whatever way works best for the carer, whether that is a home visit or meeting for a chat at a neutral venue like a cafe, speaking on the phone or email and text. The service is free and confidential.
