Jobs Growth Wales+ is a training and development programme for 16-19 year olds that gives you the skills, qualifications and experience you need to get a job or further training.
It’s a flexible programme designed around you. Jobs Growth Wales+ is a good option whether you want just a little help or more support.
If you know what you want to do and you’re actively looking and ready to start work, Jobs Growth Wales+ can help you get a job.
Your training provider will work closely with you to secure quality employment. ELITE will provide Job Coaching support and employability skills to help you on your journey. You’ll be part of a company, fully signed up to the terms and conditions of the employer you are placed with and you will get paid.
Jobs Growth Wales+ is a Welsh Government programme included in the Young Person’s Guarantee. It is part-funded by the European Social Fund.
