Jolly Brew Crew

Jolly Brew Crew is a free men’s mental
health group based in Newbridge,
Caerphilly.
With a strong focus on peer support, psychoeducation,
and reducing stigma, the Jolly Brew Crew blends
meaningful conversation with informal workshops,
guest speakers, and social activities.
The sessions promote openness around mental health,
encourage connection, and provide hope to men who
may otherwise suffer in silence.
