Kintsugi Hope is a national organisation that has a vision to start a movement of wellbeing groups. More info on the organisation can be found at https://www.kintsugihope.com/
Kintsugi is a Japanese technique for repairing broken pots with golden glue, making them more beautiful. These groups encourage participants to stop hiding the scars from life but to make a feature of them.
The groups seek to create safe and supportive spaces where there is no shame and embarrassment in struggling. Also helping participants to find an increase in self-worth, confidence and wellbeing. Whilst providing participants with a deeper understanding of God's love for them and clear pathways for additional support.
The courses are currently run online using the zoom platform, but when restrictions allow they will be run in person also. They last for 6 weeks with an option to continue for a further 6 weeks.
