Knighton Outreach Group

Knighton Community Group meets every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month from 1-3pm at Knighton Community Centre.

We are a friendly and relaxed group open to anyone with an interest in mental health.

We are an activity based, social and support group. We try out different activities each week, chosen by our members, from arts and crafts, cookery, trips, lunches, talks, etc. You don't have to be an expert in anything, we all simply enjoy trying something different and some good company!
