Weekly mindfulness meditation class - suitable for beginners and those with prior experience, all welcome.
The class includes teaching, discussion and guided meditations, with an emphasis on kindness and integrating mindfulness into daily life. The atmosphere is very informal, some members choose to sit on mats on the floor, most sit on chairs.
