We regularly get referrals from Mind; many sectors of the NHS; various Crisis Teams; and others responsible for helping those with mental health conditions. We offer a variety of services to adults, children and young people. These include a helpline manned by a dedicated team of volunteers from 10 am to 10 pm; a twenty-four-hour crisis message; CBT-focused mentoring sessions; Group Therapy for Anxiety sessions; Group Chat; a website with a good resource section; and Email Recovery services.
