Day Service specific for people living with young onset dementia. The service provides respite, peer support and opportunities for people with young onset dementia to engage in age-appropriate activities that help to maintain skills, increase self-confidence and independence, improve mental and physical wellbeing, reduce social isolation, and enable them to continue enjoying life to the best of their ability.
