This exercise to music class incorporates and is inspired by a range of martial arts disciplines, from Capoeira, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Karate, (just to name a few) to get you fit and strong. It’s non-contact, high-energy, cardio and conditioning class suitable for all fitness levels. Your instructor will take you through the options as you progress through the class and your fitness journey. No complex moves to master, just kick and punch in time with your instructor and the music for the perfect stress release and feel energised and motivated.
