Sense - Adapted Seated Sports (Multi-Sports)

This seated activity session offers a chance to participate in a range of sports such as football, hockey, tennis and volleyball. All equipment is adapted, and sessions encourage teamwork as well as physical activity. Taking part in this activity will help you to develop your health and fitness, coordination, independence and communication, and support you to carry out everyday tasks.
