We provide and promote a therapeutic community garden for all people in the Bro Ddyfi area, and especially those at risk of social exclusion.
We run gardening sessions on Tuesday and Thursday 10.30am- 4pm - all welcome! Volunteers may do as little or as much activity as they wish including gardening , wildlife conservation, woodwork workshops and social time. The garden is nestled in a quiet area of the park and is an ideal place to come and reconnect with nature and gain well being.
