Thinking Space - Holistic Hoarding Support Group

Holistic Hoarding was established after observing the impact of house clearances on tenants, and how this often led to increased distress and more severe hoarding behaviour as a protective reaction to the process. The service recognises that having someone in your home - in what should be a safe space for you - is an incredibly brave step for anyone to take, and this will be respected and supported at all times.

Our monthly support groups can introduce you to a new community in a safe, judgement-free space. Members can provide emotional and practical support, exchange tips and ideas for improved well-being, and share strategies that have worked for them.
