Valleys Fibromyalgia Support Group

We are a friendly fibromyalgia support group who meet on the 1st Tuesday of the month in Rhymney Day centre ( Wigwam) we get together to sit and chat and discuss various symptoms and coping methods in order to help each other deal with living with fibro.


We provide support, a listening ear, information advice and experiences with each other; come along and meet new people, make new friends and be part of a new community of people who are going through the same things and living with this complex disease; enjoy a cup of tea and a biscuit

We have a weekly monthly and provide our members with a free summer trip and Christmas lunch on us!
