Yogamobility (yogamobility.org.uk)

YogaMobility is a small registered charity (1137754) which provides specialist yoga practice for people with all forms of physical and mental disability. We offer a powerful and dynamic approach that focuses on and encourages ability rather than disability.

Current participants range from people with relatively mild arthritis through to people with very limited movement and speech. No matter how able-bodied or disabled you are, you will benefit from attending a YogaMobility class.
We are based in Cardiff and provide classes at various levels in Llanrumney, Llanishen and Fairwater. Some classes are also streamed via Zoom. Please go to our website (yogamoboility.org) for contact dtails and more information.
