Age Connects Good Neighbours Service - Vale of Glamorgan

Are you isolated, lonely or housebound and in need of help and support or company from time to time? We are here to help and can provide that little bit of extra support to help you maintain your independence. Our committed staff and volunteers provide:
- Information and answers to queries you may have
- Regular befriending home visits or phone calls
- Practical support – transport, light shopping, general correspondence, etc
Please note their may be a waiting list for these services and we do not cover Penarth or Dinas Powys
