We are a fun and friendly line dancing group who like to be active, workout and enjoy a great form of exercise whilst meeting new people and making new friends. No dance partner needed as we all dance in single formations. Line dancing is a fantastic way to get fitter, feel healthier, lose weight and improve your mental wellbeing. Come and join a class aimed at beginners and improvers and get moving to some fantastic music. Routines can be amended to suit a variety of mobility needs.
