Wales only all Female American Football Team based in Cardiff. We train on Sundays between 10:45-1pm at Moorland Park in Splott.

There’s a place for everyone. No matter your fitness, size, shape or experience, everyone will get behind you. We have a focus of getting people involved that may have never played American football, before. Don’t worry if you don’t know the rules.
