The service has 12 Home Energy Officers who visit and assess homes, offering free expert advice and support. They also help homeowners with finding funding for repairs or work to improve their home’s energy efficiency.
The service aims to improve the wellbeing and health of older people through energy saving measures, increased household income, and energy advice.
Older Not Colder is made possible through Wales & West Utilities’ Vulnerability and Carbon Monoxide Allowance (VCMA) fund.
