Nordic Walking for people of all ages, in South Wales, (Neath, Port Talbot, Swansea). Nordic Walking is low impact walking with special poles and technique to aid building strength, co-ordination and balance, it uses 90% of your major muscles so your upper body gets toned as well as your legs. Our walks in the great outdoors with beautiful scenery, helping mental health and overall wellbeing. our walks are weekly and free to attend.
