Every two years, the Ethical Property Foundation runs the Charity Property Matters Survey – in partnership with the Charity Commission, asking not for profit organisations across England & Wales about their property issues. This is becoming increasingly valuable research providing the voluntary sector, policymakers and the property industry with a clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities not for profits face.
This is the only research in England & Wales which asks charities of all shapes and sizes about their property issues. Since 2012, we have been gathering valuable data about how our diverse sector manages and pays for its property.
Copies of previous surveys can be found on the EPF web site. The next survey will be undertaken in 2020 please look out for the survey and participate.
