Our Community Support Service is designed to help older people remain independent in their own homes by assisting with day to day tasks.
These might include:
* Assist/ or accompany you to a medical appointment
* Shop for you, or assist you to go shopping
* Help to manage correspondence ensuring bills are paid and appointments not missed
* Provide carers with valuable respite.
Monday - Friday 9am- 4pm
