We provide transport, through volunteer drivers, to local residents for health-related journeys.
Community Transport provides transport from your house to your appointment and a return, if needed. Our drivers will usually wait for you to finish your appointment.
If you would like to register for Community Transport you will be required to complete an application form and pay a £10 registration fee before journeys can take place
Clients are responsible for contributing towards the journey cost, please contact the office for these costs.
