Aims - to provide benefits and enjoyment through participation and study group activities. To encourage both retied and semi-retired people, of any age, to share their skills, knowledge and abilities, within a social network group with a focus on learning and sharing.
Meetings - monthly opportunities to socialise in a friendly and informal atmosphere, along with an invited guest speaker or talk by a U3A member.
Activities - interest groups include French Conversation, Yoga, Help with Computers, Play Reading, Crafts, and Walking
U3A (University of the Third Age) is a national organisation dedicated to educational/learning environment for people of any age who are no longer in full-time emplyment.
Dyfi U3A is run autonomously with support from The Third Age Trust - the governing body of U3A.
