Goleudy Housing and Support - Connect Project

In Connect we aim to:
* increase social inclusion in the community and assist members in making informed choices.
* enable people to work towards greater independence and live as fulfilled lives as possible.
* maintain good Mental Health and a sense of Wellbeing in all our members.
* prevent re-entry into the Homelessness cycle.

We liaise with community mental health teams, social services (the community support team), local area coordinators, tenancy support teams and other floating support services.

We have a wide range of activities that we offer including crafts, music, trips, health and wellbeing.
