Incredible Edible Carmarthenshire CIC work with communities to convert unloved spaces in the community into productive edible growing spaces; growing fruit trees and bushes, herbs, edible flowers, pollinators and vegetables, the produce grown is free for everyone to share.
Our growing spaces offer opportunities for people to learn how to grow their own food without the use of harmful chemicals. We support schools and other organisations with their growing spaces and support local food by promoting independent producers, growers and sellers based in our communities.
We are also developing an open pollinated seed library which offers training for local people to become seed guardians and to increase our ability to grow wholesome food for ourselves.
