Lasting Power of Attorney

We provide a streamlined, subsidised Lasting Power of Attorney service for people with disabilities or in receipt of means tested benefits.
We offer free legal advice and support from expert Solicitors and, if requested, we can prepare and draft a Lasting Power of Attorney on your behalf.
Our fees are £200 for both LPA1F (finances) and LPA1H (health) - which means our fees are only £100 per LPA.
