North Montgomeryshire Volunteer Bureau is the principal organisation for volunteering in the region. Our role is to find meaningful and worthwhile volunteer opportunities for community members and advise on and promote good volunteering practices to other organisations.
Our service is all about making North Montgomeryshire a stronger, more resilient and sustainable region, and we believe that this can be partly achieved through people who give their time and energy by volunteering.
We also operate a community car scheme for vulnerable adults within Montgomeryshire.
Our service is provided by volunteer drivers who use their own vehicles. There is a charge of 50 p per mile.
