We are a voluntary group and registered charity who record the County Times and Brecon and Radnor Express every Friday ( unless the Friday is a Bank Holiday) and post the tapes every Saturday for our clients to listen to. They usually receive the tapes on the Monday or perhaps the Tuesday and are asked to Post them back to us on the following Monday. We are affiliated to The Talking Newspaper Association.
