We provide communications infrastructure and radio operators for emergency situations when communications networks are effected, primarily in weather related emergencies or where people are displaced in local communities when localised services are affected.
We also support and assist community events and local charities with fundraising events with radio communications where a need for spectator and event participants safety and welfare is identified.
Such as in situations where large numbers of people are participating in fun runs, cycle rides and other community based events and a need for Radio Communications is identified to manage any potential emergency situation that could occur across the event area. Our services are provided free of charge, though as we are completely unfunded we ask that community events organisers consider a donation to our teams for their assistance to cover our running costs. Like many organisations our level of service provision is driven by volunteer availabilities at any particular time and service provision is dependant on volunteer response.
