3SC offers a comprehensive service to assist employees and employers with work-based health needs.

Work Based Assessment

An assessor will meet with your employee at their place of work, assess the physical or mental health condition or disability, their work space and requirements before writing a unique, holistic report that includes solutions with a minimum of 3 quotes for each recommended item (where multiple suppliers exist).

Your employee can expect:

Initial contact to be made and an appointment offered within 24 hours after the referral.
A visit from an expert holistic assessor who will fully assess their workplace and relevant physical or mental health conditions or disabilities.
A comprehensive report detailing the current challenges, workplace solutions and comprehensive quotes for any equipment or costed training identified by our team.
Access to our support team for ongoing advice and guidance.

Training

Our experienced assessors are able to visit your workplace in order to deliver information, advice, guidance and training to upskill, inform and develop your teams.

We can provide additional training and support on conditions such as:

Dyslexia
Disability awareness
Diabetes
Muscular Skeletal conditions
