We are a carer led charity supporting over 1500 families across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, we offer a variety of carers' support services. We maintain online information resources, hold events, training days and workshops for carers and co-ordinate regular informal social gatherings where carers meet and share experiences over a free lunch or activity. We support carers to participate in the planning of services across the region and also represent carers' views in consultations and forums. Carers have a great deal of knowledge and expertise and we encourage carers to share their experiences with others. to help them overcome the challenges that being a life-long carer involves.
