POBL FLOATING SUPPORT:
Pobl Floating Support provides Housing related support to prevent homelessness and social isolation. Our Role is to work with customers in their homes to help them gain the skills and confidence needed to sustain their tenancies, enabling them to live life their way. We can achieve this by supporting customers to improve the sustainability of their housing by tackling their social isolation and helping them play a full part in their community.
Pobl support aims to complement and enhance an individual’s support, but its primary aim is to enable and not care for. Pobl cannot provide support with Domestic assistance services such as shopping, cleaning, gardening and cooking but can provide support to an individual to develop their own skills in this area.

We work to a clear set of principles that puts the customer first, taking time to understand what matters to them so we can work on the right thing at the right time to support them with this.

Pobl provides Temporary Accommodation in 2 areas within Powys, Brecon & Llandrindod Wells. please contact the scheme for further information or complete the referral form below.

DROP IN SUPPORT:
Pobl provides Housing related Support through our Drop in Services across Powys including Llandrindod, Brecon, Ystradgynlais, Knighton, Newtown, Welshpool, Llanfyllin and Llanidloes, please contact one of the offices for further information or complete the referral form below.
