Llys Glan Yr Afon is a residential living space where activities for the residents and visitors are joined by community groups from the town. On Wednesdays we have Men Shed Newtown, does support trips and outing for the members. gentle exercises at 10.00am every Wednesday. Tuesdays we have Knit and Knatter, Thursdays is a morning of crafts and arts with the memories group from Fan Gorau who live with dementia join us for a morning of creative making and tea and biscuits. This is open to all of those living with Dementia and their families. Cultivate are here working in the garden. We have regular concerts and performances which are open to residents and the public to join in. On the third Friday of the month PAVO join us and run an afternoon of Art and Crafts.
