The Community Resilience Coordinators are members of the Community Resource Teams within Carmarthenshire who provide services to Older People and people with a physical disability and/or sensory impairment.
We provide support and information to organisations and community groups providing services or activities to improve people's wellbeing. We also look at developing new groups or activities within communities based on the needs of the community.
The Community Resilience Coordinators also assist with the mapping of community provision.
