In our region we have some of the most challenging roads within the UK. By taking an advanced course with MWAM you will not only become a more skilled and safer driver or rider, you will also become more confident with increased hazard awareness and control of your vehicle. You would be allocated one of our local accredited volunteer observers who will, on a one to one basis, advise how you can improve your standards of driving or riding. This takes place over several weeks of sessions using your own vehicle accompanied by our observer. The goal is to reach the standard required to enable you to take a test with an examiner leading to full IAM membership. Across UK 99% of motorists say it improved their driving whilst 90% say it improved their awareness of others.
