We have a team of professionally trained volunteer mediators that operate with a co-mediation model and adhere to a strict code of practice and conduct and are DBS Checked
Services we provide
Mediation – community/neighbour and intergenerational /workplace
Conflict support – were mediation is not suitable
Mediators Training –accredited courses provided in house
Awareness workshops – accredited or informal to improve understanding of what causes and how to reduce conflict.
How to access mediation/conflict support -We have an support agency and self referral system
Agency referral - mostly support agencies e.g. Housing associations/ social services
Self referral - direct to us
Who pays – in some cases the support agencies pay or we have obtained grants so maybe free of charge or subsided
However if not we have very competitive rates
