Shalom House is a non-denominational day centre and support service for any individual living in Pembrokeshire living with a Palliative, Cancer and Life Limiting diagnosis.
We aim to make our patients' lives more comfortable than they would otherwise have been and to enable them to do the things that matter to them. We offer day respite, a safe place to share worries and experiences with others in similar situation, or with our professional staff. We offer symptom management, nursing care and time with our occupational therapist. Care, therapy and advice tailored to your individual needs, and we have time to listen.
Our dedicated Nurses can offer symptom management and advice and can signpost and support accessing other vital services throughout diagnosis.
