Elan Room Wellbeing Centre

The Llandrindod Wells Wellbeing Centre offers a wide variety of services for anyone with an interest in improving or maintaining their wellbeing. The centre offers a comfortable and informal environment.

The service provides support, help and information, signposting, social interaction, peer support, volunteering opportunities as well as a range of recreational and educational activities.

Upon visiting the centre, you will be welcomed. You can relax with a cup of tea or coffee, see what's going on, get involved, and have your questions answered. The service is available to give you the support you need.

From January 2026 - March 2026, we are a Warm Space for all, where you can have hot drinks, read and take home books, play board games or chat with other visitors. Blankets are also available.

Opening Times:

Monday 10am - 11am - Walk and Talk at Llandrindod Lake.
Monday 1pm - 4pm - Drop-in Peer Support
Wednesday 10am - 1pm - Drop-in Peer Support
Friday 12pm - 3pm - Stitch 'n' Bitch Craft Group
